There are two shipping options for Joydo

1. Letterbox parcel: everything that fits in a special letterbox parcel will be shipped as such (always using track & trace). In general this is one or two standard console games and selected merchandise.
2. Parcel: orders and items that cannot fit in a letterbox parcel will be shipped using a parcel for the price shown during checkout.

All orders are shipped using DHL or PostNL, as selected by you during check out. All orders are shipped with tracking. PostNL tracking codes are supplied upon request, DHL tracking is linked to the e-mail address used during check out.

Orders are shipped from tuesday through saturday at the most two working days after payment has been completed.

Insured and/or signed for shipping is possible. Please contact us before you place the order.

With an order of a minimal item value of € 99,95 shipping is free! Please note the following.

• The item value is determined after discounts and sale prices.
• Free shipping is calculated as a discount of up to € 5,50 (parcel shipped using DHL) on the shipping costs.
